years ago. During his formative years in
the business, Jonathan developed business strength working with relocation clientele transferred in and out of town with some
of the strongest companies in Indianapolis, including: Eli Lilly & Company, Safeco, Anthem, Sallie Mae, and many more! Jonathan is a 26 year resident of Indianapolis, and hence, knows the city
and neighborhoods quite well.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design at Miami University
in Oxford, Ohio, and worked as an intern-architect and interior designer for four years before developing his real estate business. Jonathan is ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) designated and his design skills are an asset to clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. From staging a home properly (Jonathan has his ASP Staging certification) for the market place, to making finish selections and overseeing the building phases in new construction, to simply offering another set of eyes and “vision” to his buyers when looking at a potential property.
Jonathan and, his wife, Stephanie, live in Washington Township, where he is President of the Ivy Hills Residents’ Association. Jonathan and Stephanie have two children, Natalie Ruth, 9 and Henry Gus, 7, and a Golden-Doodle named Gigi. |
